MADE 1. - It is appropriate to approve the "Eurasian Postal Union Establishment Act", which was signed on June 6, 2001 in Istanbul.

MADDE 2. - This will take effect on the release date of the Channel.

MADDE 3. - The Council of Ministers executes the provisions of this Law.

MADDE 1

Installation Act and Purpose

General Provisions

MADDE 15

Union Senses

1. The Law of Installation is the core year of the Union. The Establishment Act covers the provisions of the Union's organic structure, and can only be announced by Congress.

2. The General Charter governs the implementation of the Establishment Act and the provisions which govern the Union's work. These provisions refer to all of the Union member states.

3. The Charter of the Word and its Regulation, the international postal service among the member states, It covers the provisions that will be determined to be once a one-time deal by the Council of the Accra. These are all of the member states.

Part II

Acceptance of Union Bonds

MADDE 16

Inform, Approval, Acceptance, or Containment of Union Bonds

1.
