Expense budget

MADDE 1.- 2004 Property expenses, media (A) of the floor budget administration 13,714,755,940.430,000, for example, as shown in an overarded ruler.

Revenue budget

MADDE 2.- Revenues of the Katma-budget administration are on the top (B) iad-rosters 13.850,786,775,200,000.-Real as a lira.

Balance

MADDE 3.- proceeds in item 2 with article 1 of 2 The revenue phase is 136,030.834.770,000.

Suppreed paymentTamamlayýcý

MADDE 4.- RECORD (A) in the related column of the rocid ruler $109,949.246.180.000.-The full amount of the same amount is accepted in the same amount to be paid to the overpaid expense.

Delegated allowance

MADDE 5.- 2004 Property not spent and is allowed to transfer with special laws given 121.275.880.550,000.-the lira special grant is transferred to be registered with the following year.

Paid payment

MADDE 6.- A record (A) has been registered in the corresponding column of the ruler and 647,889,319,590,000, which is available for those used in the year, and the lira is canceled.

Effective

ARTICLE 7.- This is effective on the release date of the Law.

Execution

TICAD 8.- The Council of Ministers executes the provisions of this Law.
