COMPLIANCE WITH THE GOVERNMENT

MADE 1. - "The Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of the Russian Federation to the Government of the Government of the Republic of Turkey on the 15th of December 1997," has been signed by the Government of the Republic of Turkey.

MADE 2. - This will take effect on the release date of the Law.

ARTICLE 3. - The Council of Ministers executes the provisions of this Law.
 
 

PROTOCOL FOR THE GOVERNMENT OF THE TURKISH REPUBLIC AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

THE PROTOCOL OF THE GOVERNMENT

The Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of the Russian Federation have reached out to the following:

1. The competent authorities of the Republic of Turkey and the Russian Federation, in the most possible time and in all cases until the end of 1998, the people of the two countries ' people who had been working with the company were on December 1, 1991, from January 1, 1991 to 31 December 1996. 2. The 1st fikra provisions of this Protocol shall be applied to the companies involved in the construction, assembly or installation project, or related control activities, which take over 36 months, and to the workers of those who are serving them. The construction of the contractor is starting from the date of the construction of the construction site, including the preparation of the construction. In the calculation of the 36 month period, the provisional acceptance date of this type or project, the construction of the construction, or the end date of its project, is considered. The time period between the temporary accept date and the end date will not be considered in the calculation of the duration of 36 months.

3. The cancellation, refund, and restitution, cancellation, refund, or indemnization of any taxes mentioned in the 1st part of this Protocol may also be done by deducting the amounts from the other tax liabilities they will pay for the companies.

4. Each of the States will inform the other diplomatic means that the protocol, which is envisioned in its domestic legislation, will be completed in order for this Protocol to enter the current state. This Protocol will be effective at the time of the last of these notices.
