ADDITIONAL ARTICLE 49. -In Istanbul, a new foundation university with the name "Okan University" is established by the Okan Culture and Sports Foundation with the name of "Okan University", which has a public legal entity, to be the subject of the provisions of the Law of the Law 2547.
