MADDE 1. - A provisional item dated 4.12.1984 and with 3093 was added to the Turkish Radio-Television Corporation Revenue Act.

Temporary Article 6. -The Turkish telecommunication anonymous company will leave its gross proceeds from the phone, telex, fax, data, Türksat, cable tv, vehicle phone (mobile), operating equipment (mobile), and other revenues line, excluding the transfer and transfer fees. The share of 2.5% is in dispute with the Radio-Television Corporation of Turkey, which is exclusive to 2000.

The share of each month's revenue is the Turkish Radio-Television Corporation in the twentieth of the month that follows. It is paid to the bank account and the tahakkuk rosters are in Turkey during the same period of time. It's sent to the Radio-Television Corporation. The differences between the payments of that period and the payments of that period will be liquidated by the parties by the end of the month, when the three-month balance sheet of the Turkish Telecommunications Anonymous Company (s) is final.

In case of delay of payments, delay rate is applied at the rate of delay of 6183 of the Turkish Telecommunications Anonymous Company for each passing month and fraction, and the delay rate increase in the Law on the Allowance of the Allowance For Amme. It is followed by the provisions of the International Law of Turkey and the Bankruptcy Code, followed by the provisions of the Law on Britain and the Law of the United States.

MADDE 2. - This will take effect on the release date of the Channel.

MADDE 3. - The Council of Ministers executes the provisions of this Law.
