Purpose and scope Article 1 (1) The purpose of this Act, the development of chemical weapons, production, stockpiling and use of the principle of banning the organization of procedures.

Toxic chemicals and Schedules of their precursors

Prohibited activities and penalties will be applied

a) use in pharmaceutical or protective purposes related to scientific research of chemical substances.

C) for purposes not prohibited at any time not to exceed a total amount of tons of chemicals permitted to be used nationwide, it is shown in the upper limit of the permit issued by the relevant authorities.
D) produced nationwide in any one year, transfers through acquired or this Law prohibited purposes used for equal or less including a ton of the total amount of chemicals to be within the upper limit indicated in the permit issued by the relevant authorities.

Toxic chemicals exports and imports
Article 6 (1) This Law prohibited toxic chemicals contained in the schedules attached Law for the purpose and their precursors, import and export of imported from the Foreign Trade Undersecretariat for those who are required to be authorized under the relevant legislation export permits and receipt of a certificate of conformity is mandatory.
