BULLET 1. - The General Assembly of the International Maritime Organization, adopted on November 4, 1993, pursuant to the decision of the United Nations Maritime Organization of the International Maritime Organization, in accordance with the ratification of the Articles 16, 17 and 19 (b) of the International Maritime Organization's Statement is found.

MADDE 2. -  will take effect on the release date of this Law.

MADDE 3. -  The Council of Ministers executes the provisions of this Law.

General Assembly,

17. At the Olaan Session, by many delegations, by keeping the concerns expressed about the results of the Council elections for the two-year period of 1992-93, we are satisfied with the results of the Council of America.

The General Assembly shall abide by the following criteria when selecting Council members:

(a) The ten members will be from the states that have the most out of the provision of international shipping services.

(b) Ten members will be one of the most violent countries in the international maritime trade.

(c) Twenty members, who are not selected from the above (a) and (b) categories, are undersea and have special fences at the navies and navigation If they are elected to the council, it will be from the states that will represent the world's largest areas of great space.
