THE 82 PERCENT OF THE SEA-EMNIT COMPARTMENT. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE TURKISH REPUBLIC AND THE INTERNATIONAL DENSIFICATION ORGANIZATION OF THE TURKISH REPUBLIC, HELD IN ISTANBUL BETWEEN NOVEMBER 29, 2006-8, 2006.
