MADE 1. - The following is added to the 30th item of the Law on the Rights and Tasks of the General Directorate of Youth and Sports, dated 21.5.1986 and 3289.

In the event of a sports minister's bid, the president has thirty-one of the world's biggest winners in the majors category in either the Olympic spotlight or the Olympic sport. Current athletes can be assigned as a sports professional, with the registration of 657 members of State Officers ' Code 48 (A), excluding other people (2), (3) and (6), except for the current (6) subs. Sports prisoners are subject to the provisions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as the provisions of the Ministry for the right to be. The appointment of sports regulates is regulated by the proposal of the Minister responsible for the play and the appropriate sport of the Council of Ministers upon the appropriate view of the Ministry of Finance and the Council of Ministers.

MADDE 2. - 3289 is an additional 3-clause of the Law.

Attachment Article 3. -The national and international competitions are given the same and/or the transfer of the clubs and clubs (including the football) in the national and international competitions that have been outstanding. These awards will be made available in the Youth and Sports General Directorate budget to be used for this purpose. If this revenue is not sufficient, the remaining quantity is $24.3.1988, and the revenue is projected to be forecasted in the number 3418.

The amount of the awards to be given, the number of awards they will be given, and principles, the proposal from the Minister responsible for the sport, and the Finance Ministry Upon the appropriate view of the Minister, the Council of Ministers shall be regulated by the decision to be effective.

Private and legal entities can be sponsored in support of the youth sports services and activities of theGenelGeneral Directorate. The same and/or cash expenditures of the sponsors of the international official sports organizations for the appropriate sports facilities in accordance with the General Directorate will be used according to the Law of Income Tax Act 193 and the Corporate Tax Code of 5422. The main and procedural rules regarding sponsorship are determined by regulation.   

MADDE 3. - The temporary materials that are in place of the number 3289 are added.

NOT SUPERSEDE MADDE 7. -Before the release date of this Law (except for athletes who received the same and/or cash award within the framework of the current legislation), a number of athletes who had won the world in the majors category in one of the Olympic luminaires or Olympic sports.  The highest number of State officer gross monthly (including additional indictis) is awarded in the 50-fold amount.

INVALID DATE 8. -The awards, to be awarded according to the additional provisions of Article 3, are also given to those who have been involved in youth and sports activities in the year 2000, and to those who contribute to this visit.

MADDE 4. -kadrolarThe ranks of the United States (1) and (2) listed in the Ordinance Decree of 608 are determined by the General Directorate of Youth and Sports, with respect to the relevant sections of the Rule of Law (1), which is attached to the Rule of Law (1). The ranks listed (1) are included in the Central Business and are attached to the relevant section of the Ruler of 190 Laws (1) with respect to the Rule of 190 Laws.

MADDE 5. - 657 counts of more than one World in the category of elders in one of the Olympic sports or Olympic sports, to come after the "State artists" clause in the first case of the 59th clause of the State Officers Act. The number of sports seekers to be assigned by the winners of the spotlight is added.

MADDE 6. - This will take effect on the release date of the Channel.

MADE 7. - The Council of Ministers executes the provisions of this Law.
