THE TURKISH REPUBLIC ' S GOVERNMENT AND THE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY AZERBAIJAN ARE INVESTIGATING AFTER THE REPUBLIC OF TURKEY. THE REPUBLIC ' S GOVERNMENT IS PART OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE TRANS-ANATOLIAN NATURAL GAS PIPELINE, THE GOVERNMENT OF THE TURKISH REPUBLIC AND THE TRANS ANATOLYLIAN GAS PIPELINE COMPANY. A TRANS-ANATOLIAN NATURAL GAS PIPELINE BETWEEN THE IV AND THE HOME COAST IS APPROPRIATE FOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT ' S APPROVAL.

MADDE 1- (1) "TANAP Doðal Gaz by Government of the Republic of Turkey" Between the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of the Republic of Turkey, the Government of the Republic of Turkey, and the Trans Anatolian Gas Pipeline Company B. V. Home of Trans-Anatolian Doðal Gas Pipeline System The owner is eligible for approval of the Government's Office of Business.

ARTICLE 2- (1) This is effective on the release date of the Law.

MADDE 3- (1) The Council of Ministers executes the provisions of this Law.
