ARTICLE 1- (1) XXIII, which was collected in Bucharest in 2004. It is appropriate to approve the "Seventh Additional Protocol to the World Postal Union Established Law", which is determined at the World Postal Convention.
ARTICLE 2- (1) This is effective on the release date of the Law.
MADDE 3- (1) The Council of Ministers executes the provisions of this Law.
