On the basis of the provisions of the Constitution

As approved by the People ' s Assembly at its meeting held on 10/5/1438 E/RES/2017

Issue:

Article 1

Amendment of section /2/c/4/ of Legislative Decree No. /35/ 12/12/8/2015 on illicit electricity trade to read as follows:

c. The Investment Authority shall meet the value of its electricity remunerated in accordance with the established identification as at the date of the regulation of the illegal trade.

2.a. For a tension quarry (4.0 k.F for domestic purposes):

  1. According to the pre-final tranche in the decision to identify the amount of electricity below the last slide.
  2. According to the last chip, for the amount of electricity within this chip.

b. With respect to tension (4.0) K. for the rest of the purposes (commercial-industrial-agribusiness-craft-service-craft) defined as the highest slide per purpose.

Article 2

This Act does not apply to organized and regular domestic pressures prior to its promulgation.

Article 3

This Act is published in the Official Gazette and is effective from 1 January 2016.
