Act No. 26/

President of the Republic

On the basis of the provisions of the Constitution

as adopted by the People ' s Assembly at its meeting held on 1/3/1438 H, adopted on 1 December 2016 M

Issue:

Article 1

Amend article /34 of Legislative Decree No. 117/ of 1961 M, as amended by Legislative Decree No. /66/ of 2013 m, to read as follows:

It's worth a fee. ♪

  1. 10,000 Syrian pounds on special or international market leave, including agricultural car market leave, works and bikes.
  2. 5000 Syrian pounds of public market leave from all categories.
  3. 5000 Syrian pounds of market leave instead of damaged or for scheduled leave visas.
  4. 5,000 Syrian pounds of market leave, no matter what.
  5. As for the disabled market leave, it remains the same.
  6. Five hundred Syrian pounds of explanation or statement of market leave.

The first four leave of this article is subject to the character of the article.

Article 2

This Act is published in the Official Gazette and is in operation from the first month following its promulgation.
