Based on the provisions of the Constitution.

At its 17-2-1438th meeting, the People ' s Assembly approved the migration of 17-11-2016 as my birth.

Issue:

Article/1/

Ownership of the Al-Asad University Hospital in Latakia is transferred to the Ministry of Defence - the Department of Military Medical Services, including land, buildings, equipment, furniture and tools.

Article /2

(a) The permanent staff of the Latakia Asad University Hospital shall be transferred to the same categories, wages and services as are eligible for the next upgrade to the staff of the November University Hospital in Latakia. Contract workers, secondees and temporary workers shall be transferred in the same conditions and compensation and shall continue to work at the university hospital until their contracts or instruments of employment have expired unless their assets are renewed.

b/ The owners of both the Assad University Hospital and the University Hospital are one.

Article 3

A joint commission shall be established by a decision of the Minister of Higher Education comprising representatives of the Ministry of Defence, the November Hospital in Latakia and the Central Financial Control Authority to organize a record of receipt and surrender of all assets.

Article 4

Act No. 9 repeals 20.3-1983 and its amendments.

Article 5

This Act is published in the Official Gazette and is in force from 2.1-2017.
