On the basis of the provisions of the Constitution
Draws as follows:
Article 1
The eleventh electoral cycle of artisanal organization is extended for a full year from 25 January 2016 to 24/1/2017.
Article 2
The governing boards of artisanal associations and executive offices of trade unions in the governorates, the Executive Office of the General Trade Union and the governing bodies of the trade union shall continue until the results of the elections for the twelfth session.
Article 3
The twelfth electoral cycle of artisanal organization begins from 25/1/2017.
Article 4
Elections for the twelfth session of professional organization shall be held at all levels within three months at the end of the eleventh electoral cycle and at each stage.
Article 5
The Minister of Industry issues the decisions and instructions necessary to implement the provisions of this Legislative Decree.
Article 6
This Legislative Decree is published in the Official Gazette and is in operation on 25 January 2016.
