Act No. 1

Based on the provisions of the Constitution.

At its 28-3-1438th meeting, the People ' s Assembly approved the migration of 27-12-2016.

Issue:

Article (1)

An injured military martyr who dies after his injury has been confirmed by the competent medical boards and committees in accordance with the following conditions.

a. Confirmed that he was injured by war or hostilities or by hostile elements or terrorist gangs.

b. Aggravation of injury without any external symptoms or effects caused by this situation.

c. The direct correlation between the injury and its aggravated death was established by an asset certified decision of the medical committees and the Military Medical Council.

Article (2)

Actions shall be taken by the officers ' department or the Division of Administration and Administration of the General Command of the Army and Armed Forces or by the Ministry of the Interior according to the dependency and rank of the injured to resolve the situation of the deceased.

Article 3

In accordance with the provisions of this Act, martyrs are granted the difference between the rights of the military as a victim and his rights as a martyr.

Article (4)

The provisions of this Act shall apply from 15 to 3 to 2011.

Article (5)

The executive instructions of this Act are issued by the Minister of Defence.

Article (6)

This law is published in the Official Gazette.
