Act 28 of 2005
Remuneration of personnel of the Syrian Arab Aviation Foundation

President of the Republic

Based on the provisions of the Constitution

As approved by the People ' s Assembly at its meeting held on 24.5.1426 and 30-6-2005

Issued:

Article 1- What?

Amend the maximum remuneration of the personnel of the Syrian Arab Aviation Organization serving on board and subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree No. /35/ of 1979 in accordance with the salary scale attached to Act No. /50/ of 2004 in line with the scientific certificates on which they are assigned.

Article 2.

Flying members shall be paid up to 4% of the wages per year after the salary ceilings specified in the Regulations annexed to Legislative Decree No. /35/ of 1979, provided that the conditions for apprenticeship provided for in the above-mentioned Legislative Decree shall be met and the ceilings specified in the tables attached to Act No. /50/ of 2004 m.

Article 3.

This law is published in the Official Gazette.
