Act 5 of 2002
Entrepreneurs of the General Social Insurance Foundation are exempted from all benefits

President of the Republic

On the basis of the provisions of the Constitution

As approved by the People ' s Assembly at its meeting held on 6-12-1422 H and 182-2002 M

Issue:

Article 1. Entrepreneurs participating in the General Social Insurance Corporation shall be exempt from all benefits, additional amounts and subsequent fines resulting from their late payment of their outstanding obligations until the date of entry into force of this Law under the terms of the provisions of the Act Social Insurance Act No. 92/1959 and amendments thereto

  1. Benefits provided for in article 7/73
  2. Additional amounts provided for in article /76/
  3. Monthly contributions calculated as fines under the provisions of article 18 of the Minister of Social Affairs and Labour Decree No. S/9/903/78, which is in accordance with article /37/ of the Social Insurance Act

Article 2. The exemptions provided for in article 1 of this Act shall be made available to any employer who has previously paid or paid its contributions to the General Social Insurance Corporation. The insurance forms required under the provisions of the Act shall be submitted within a period not exceeding a birthday year from the date of entry into force of this Act.

Article 3. Interests, additional amounts and fines paid to the General Social Insurance Corporation shall not be received prior to the entry into force of this Law and provided for in article 1 of this Law

Article 4. The Minister of Social Affairs and Labour issues the executive instructions of this Act.

Article 5. This law is published in the Official Gazette.
