On the basis of the provisions of the Constitution

As approved by the People ' s Assembly at its meeting of 28.9-1423 H and 3.12-2002 M

Issue:

Article -One. Public construction companies subject to the provisions of Act No. /1/76 and its amendments are permitted to regularize their mechanisms, vehicles and vehicles whose customs status has not been adjusted by the General Customs Administration and the transport services in accordance with the provisions of this Act.

Article -Two.

A. By decision of the Minister of Construction and Reconstruction, a committee shall be composed of:

P. Each company shall prepare a schedule of all the mechanisms, vehicles and vehicles to be adjusted by the following three categories:

Category I: Mechanisms, vehicles and vehicles introduced under customs data registered with private transport services and adjusted to their status.

Category II: Mechanisms, vehicles and vehicles introduced under baseline data are identified but not registered with the competent transport services owing to a lack of documentation or data.

Category III: Mechanisms, vehicles and vehicles in which customs data are not available or are not registered with the competent transport services are identified.

J. The tables for each of the three categories contain a precise description of each of the mechanisms, vehicles or cars in their current situation, indicating the date of their registration with the company and indicating the mechanisms, vehicles and vehicles that are not suitable for use or are not economically viable.

Doctor. Tables prepared in accordance with the provisions of this article shall be adopted by the Minister to whom the company is subordinate.

E. The Commission checks the corporate schedules.

And... Tables prepared in accordance with paragraphs a.b of this article shall be considered as an official document for the regularization and registration of the restrictions of these mechanisms, vehicles and cars of both the General Customs Directorate and the competent transport directorates in accordance with these data.

Article -Three. The mechanisms, vehicles and vehicles specified in the schedules referred to in article /2/ of this Act shall be exempt from all taxes, fees, fines and commissions in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.

Article 4.

A. Mechanisms, vehicles and vehicles that are not suitable for use are delivered to the scrapping plant in Hamah to be destroyed and maimed after the extraction of the good parts and parts, except for the mole, which must be delivered to the scrapping plant.

P. Mechanisms, vehicles and vehicles for use that have proven to be economically ineffective shall be sold after a public auction has been settled in accordance with the terms of sale provided for in the Public Construction Contracts Regulations of Decree No. 339 of 1982 and its amendments after the valuation of the sale value at the current status rate, with a total value of customs duties, registration fees for transport services and all taxes, fees and commissions until the date of sale.

J. The proceeds of sale of each mechanism, vehicle or vehicle shall be distributed as follows:

- 30% of their value is given to the public safe.

70% of each value is transferred to the account of the company ' s owner and is devoted exclusively to renewing the necessary mechanisms, vehicles and vehicles.

Article 5 Mechanisms, vehicles and vehicles sold to their buyers are recorded in the transport services in accordance with the regulations in force after the payment of their sales value as a result of the auction and the adoption of this result by the competent minister of the company and the supply of the proceeds of sale as stated in article 4/ of this Act after they have been removed from the relevant company.

Article 6 The Minister of Construction and Reconstruction issues executive instructions to this Act.

Article 7

A. The Prime Minister is entitled to supplement ministries and other public bodies with the provisions of this Act in whole or in part at the request of the Minister concerned.

P. The tables shall adopt mechanisms, vehicles and vehicles in such cases from the competent minister after ascertaining that the conditions set forth in this Act are applicable to them.

Article 8. This law is published in the Official Gazette.
