Law No. 5 of 2008
Syrian Pearl Air Company to be established

President
Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held in the date of 10-3-1429 A.H., 183-2008, my birth.

The following are issued:

Article 1

An Arab joint anonymous joint venture between the Syrian Arab Airlines and Sham Holding companies, the wife of the neighbor, finance and investment, Ageeidon Holdeng, and the Dishti Investment Group, Abdel Hamid Abbas Shatti and his company, called the Syrian Pearl Company, the fool's contribution. According to the memorandum of understanding signed by the founding partners, the provisions of the Syrian Trade Law, its amendments and the investment law.

Article 2

This law is published in the Official Journal.
