Ratification of the Convention on Legal Cooperation in Civil and Criminal Cases between Syria and Belarus

Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on 3-12-1429 A.H., 1-12-2008,

The following are issued:

Article 1-

The Convention on Legal Cooperation in Civil and Criminal Cases, signed in Damascus on 23-9-2008, was ratified by the Minister of Justice, on behalf of the Syrian Arab Republic, and the Minister of Justice on behalf of the Republic of Belarus.

Article 2

This law is published in the Official Journal.
