Ratification of the Double Taxation Convention and the Prevention of Tax Evasion with respect to Income Taxes between Syria and Czech

Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on 3-12-1429 A.H., on 1-12-2008,

The following are issued:

Article 1-

The Convention on the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Tax Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income signed in Damascus dated 18.5.2008 by the Minister of Finance on behalf of the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic and Mr. Minister of Finance on behalf of the Government of the Czech Republic.

Article 2

This law is published in the Official Journal.
