Ratification of double taxation avoidance agreement and prevention of tax evasion with the Slovak Republic

President

Based on the Constitution

and as approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held in the date of 24-6-1430 A.H., 17-6-2009.

The following are issued:

Article 1

The Convention on the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Tax Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income signed in Damascus dated 18.2.2009 by Mr. Minister of Finance on behalf of the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic and Mr. Minister of Economy on behalf of the Government of the Slovak Republic.

Article 2

This law is published in the Official Journal.

Damascus at 3-7-1-1430 hjri and approver, 25-6-2009, my birth.
