Law 37 of 2009 select funds the State budget for fiscal year 2010, the President of the Republic based on the Constitution and approved by the Assembly in its meeting dated 4-1-1431 Hijri, 20-12-2009 a.d. issued Miley.

-Resolutions of the Minister of finance for workers who contributed to automation and print the State budget to an amount not exceeding three hundred thousand SP and appropriations for this purpose in the budget of the Ministry of finance.

C-local administration Minister decisions for employees in the study and preparation of budgets of local councils in an amount not to exceed one hundred and twenty five thousand pounds.

D-resolutions of the President of the State Planning Commission for employees in the auditing of economic and social studies contained in the indicative list of the five-year plan or added at the request of the Supreme Council for planning in an amount not exceeding three hundred thousand pounds.

E _ Finance Minister issued decisions for workers in studies of tax legislation and finance an amount not exceeding three hundred thousand pounds.

And-resolutions of the Minister of agriculture and agrarian reform of agricultural scientific research workers and studies in an amount not exceeding three hundred thousand pounds.

G-resolutions of the Minister of higher education in the field of scientific research and studies in an amount not exceeding three hundred thousand pounds.

H-resolutions of the irrigation Minister for scientific research and studies in an amount not exceeding three hundred thousand pounds and exclude disbursements under the provisions of this article of the compensation limits and rewards provided for in the laws and regulations in force.

Article (14) acted upon approval by the Prime Minister of higher education decisions incentive awards in an amount not to exceed five hundred thousand pounds of appropriations earmarked in the rewards section 18 the Ministry of higher education budget for 2010 for members of educational bodies including the clock and workers in universities and colleges, graduate students and others who work to achieve acceptance of new students in universities and colleges and registered by computer 2009-2010 school year and exclude disbursements under the provisions of this article of the Compensation limits and rewards provided for in the laws and regulations in force.

Article (23) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Legislative Decree number 60 in 2007:


A Central Bank of Syria shall grant the Treasury "public debt" loans and advances to pay off the deficit of logistical and General State budget deficit for 2010.

Article (24) the Minister of finance to implement the provisions of this law.
