The disengagement of the General Directorate of Real Estate Interests from the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform to the Ministry of Local Administration

Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly,

Following is the following:

Article 1

The Directorate General of Real Estate Interests is associated with the Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform and links with the Ministry of Local Administration.

Article 2

The term (Ministry of Local Administration) replaces the phrase (Ministry of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform) The term (Minister of Local Administration) replaces the phrase (Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform). Where they are contained in all laws and regulations related to the work of the General Directorate of Real Estate Interests.

Article 3

This law is published in the Official Journal.
