Based on the provisions of the Constitution and as approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on 15 4/1431 A.H., 30 /3/2010.

Following is the following:

Article 1

The updated chart of additional drawing categories under Act No. /254/ of 19/07/1960 amends the imposition of an additional fee in the judiciary for the establishment and reform of the role of the courts as follows:

a. In matters of the city:
1. Proceedings of the trial in proceedings-and interlocutory applications-and to enter and challenge (50) Syrian pound if required not exceeding (300,000) Syrian pound and (100) Syrian pounds if the requirement for the (300,000) Syrian pound is increased or the suit is subject to the fixed fee.
2. The trial transcript of the appeals and the subsequent appeal and intervention (100) Syrian pounds.
3. Primitive trial minutes, interlocutory motions, interference and interception (100) Syrian pound.
4. Minutes of the appeal trial of the rudimentary sentences, the subordinate appeal and the intervention (150) Syrian pounds.
5. The trial transcript in the request for retrial (150) Syrian pound.
6. Request for cassation and cassation (150) Syrian pound.
7. Deposit of the Court's Chambers of the Court (500) Syrian pound that meets half of the fee for the Supplement.
8. Deposit of other commercial companies to the Court of the Court (250) Syrian pound that meets half of the fee for the supplement.
9. Answer in the tail of the summons to written requests to the judicial chambers (50) Syrian pound.
10. Photo of judgments, transcripts of hearings and other forms of paper (50) Syrian pounds per sheet.
11. Requests for the delivery of the judicial secretariats and deposits (75) Syrian pounds if they do not increase their delivery for Syrian pounds (50,000) and (125) Syrian pounds if they are increased to be handed over (50,000) Syrian pounds, although their value is not estimated by the public defender or the head of the prosecution.
12. Requests for the renewal of cases written off and left to the references (25) Syrian pounds to the Zionist courts and (50) Syrian pounds to the courts of rudimentary and (100) Syrian pounds before the appeals courts.

In penalty matters:
1. Invoke the personal right to the investigation or to the court (75) Syrian pounds.
2. Invoke the appeal from the personal prosecutor (150) Syrian pound.
3. Prosecutor's request for cassation (250) Syrian pounds.
4. Request investigations, judgments, transcripts of hearings and other papers (50) Syrian pounds.
5. Requests for the restoration of guarantees, documents, secretariats, judicial insurance and advances (50) Syrian pounds.

On legal matters:
1. Legitimacy of proceedings, interlocutory motions, interference, objections and requests for renewal of written-off and abandoned cases (50) Syrian pounds.
2. About each legal document except marriage instruments (50) Syrian pound.
3. Retrial requests (100) Syrian pound.
4. Request for cassation and cassation (125) Syrian pounds.
5. Photo of judgments, documents, transcripts of hearings and other papers (25) Syrian pounds per sheet.

d -In matters of implementation:
1. For each petition to request the execution of a decision or executive bond (25) Syrian pound if the debt allowance or its value as estimated by the Chief of Execution shall be no more than (5000) Syrian pounds and (50) Syrian pounds for all more than (5000) Syrian pounds.
2. About each paper submitted by the parties in support of a measure to be taken by the Syrian pound (25).
3. About the images of the papers and the executive records (25) Syrian pounds.
4. About the request to resume the decisions of the Chief of Implementation (100) Syrian pounds.
5. About the request for reserve or executive custody (50) Syrian pounds.

In matters of the writing of justice:
1. Leaves and bonds organized by the notary public or translated (50) by a Syrian pound for each signature on each subject not exceeding (50,000) Syrian pounds or if the subject is subject to "the fixed fee".
• (100) Syrian pound if the value of the subject has increased from 50 to 500,000 Syrian pounds.
• (200) Syrian pound if the value of the subject has increased from 500,000-25,000,000 Syrian pounds.
• (300) Syrian pound if the value of the subject has increased from 25,000,000 Syrian pounds.
2 . Request for the extraction of an image of organized, suspended or archived papers (50) Syrian pound if the value of its subject is not increased from (50,000) Syrian pounds .

Article 2

This Law is published in the Official Journal and is considered to be effective "after sixty days" from the date of its promulgation.
