The endorsement of the regulations governing the management of the special account created by the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development to finance small and medium-sized private sector projects in Arab countries.

Based on the Constitution.

As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held in the history of 15 -1-1432 A.H., 2 1-2 2010-2010

The following are issued:

Article 1

The regulation of the management of the special account established by the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development to finance small and medium-sized private sector projects in the Arab countries announced at the headquarters of the Fund in Kuwait in the date of 18-10-2010 and signed by the Minister of Finance. Syrian Arab Republic.

Article 2

The Ministry of Finance is allowed to pay a payment allowance to the Syrian Arab Republic in the capital of the dollar account of 10 million U.S. dollars.

Article 3

This law is published in the Official Journal.
