Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on 26-4-1432 A.H., 31-3-2011

The following are issued:

Article 1

Amend the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 110 and articles 163.165 Agricultural Relations Organization Act No. 56/2004 As follows:

a. Article 110/paragraph 1

The contract of the emerging farmer after the operation of this law is deemed to be subject to copy at the request of the owner if the farmer is Malka or a beneficiary of the land of the State property or land reform, and it is up to the competent court to decide on this request in a final form with compensation.

b. Article 163:

Parties to the existing agricultural relationship before the entry into force of this law shall reconcile their different positions in accordance with their provisions within one year of their operation by reviewing the Directorate to document their relations in case of proof and in the case of the dispute, so that the matter is left to the competent judicial, and that a relationship may be established. The Farms, the Monarchs and their ongoing contracts before this Act entered into force with all means of proof, including the personal environment.

c. Article 165:

The proceedings pending before the wage determination committees for agricultural work are being referred to the Magistrate's Court in the area where the property is located.

The proceedings pending before the Higher Arbitration Council for Agricultural Work are being referred to the Court of Cassation.

This law is published in the Official Journal.
