peasant financing of agricultural production inputs from the Agricultural Cooperative Bank

Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on 3-1-1433 A.H., 29-11-2011
The following are issued:

Article 1

The farmers are financed with the requirements of agricultural production "with seeds/fertilizers/cash payments" from the Cooperative Agricultural Bank, regardless of the solvency of borrowers and sponsors, for the winter agricultural season, 1011-2012, "grain" to be observed with other lending conditions stipulated in the The systems and instructions in the bank.

Article 2

The Central Bank of Syria is committed to settling the loan bonds granted pursuant to this law.

Article 3

This Act is published in the Official Journal and is considered effective from the date of its promulgation.
