As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on the date of 2-2-1433 Hijabandoned, 27-12-2011,
The following are issued:
Article 1
Add a provision of 864359 million Syrian pounds only 800, 64 billion and fifty-nine million Syrian pounds to the appropriation of item 4/"Contributions to economic activity" by section IV (Manufacturing expenditures Section/19202/Public debt) of the State budget For the financial year 2011, it is devoted to the accumulated old repayment of the following institutions and companies:

Article 3
The actions added under article 1 of this Act are acted upon under the liquidations and disbursement orders issued by the Minister of Finance in accordance with the attached schedule and a calculated, measured income is taken for the State budget for 2011 without any monetary performance.
Article 4
The payment of taxes and direct fees from fines and penalties and the benefits thereof shall be exempted by the institutions and companies that have been reimbursed for their reimbursement under the provisions of this Act.
Article 5
The Minister of Finance makes the necessary corrections to the amounts processed from the debts of the concerned authorities (income and maintenance) from the minutes of the corresponding records in case of a dispute over the amounts of debt received in this law so that such corrections do not increase in those amounts.
Article 6
The Minister of Finance shall issue the executive instructions necessary to implement the provisions of this Act.
Article 7
This law is published in the Official Journal.
