Amendment of Legislative Decree 7 of 2002 on the prerogative of the Minister to ratify contracts

President
Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held at the date of 30-1-1433 A.H., 26 12-2011,

The following are issued:

Article 1

Amend article 1. Legislative Decree No. 7 -- 301-2002 To become as follows:
1. The competent minister has the authority to ratify the following contracts:
a. Contracts relating to investment spending not exceeding the value of -100 million Syrian pounds.
b. Contracts for current expenditure not exceeding the value of -50 - million Syrian pounds.
2. The provisions in the laws and regulations in force that include the power to ratify contracts to a minimum window, provided that they do not exceed the value of the contract, which in all cases does not exceed 10 million Syrian pounds, whether the appropriation is an observatory for ongoing operations or for operations Investment.

Article 2

This law is published in the Official Journal.
