Termination of Legislative Decree No. 15 of 2011 and reintroduction of Legislative Decree No. 190 of 1970 on the establishment of the public institution for the propagation of beware

Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on the date of 1-1 2-1433 A.H., 17-10-2012, I am born.

The following are issued:

Article 1

Legislative decree No. 15 ending 19-2011 and reworking Legislative Decree No. 190 of 8-9-1970 The judge of the establishment of the Public Foundation for Exalbars.

Article 2

A technical committee is set up by a decision of the Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform to take stock of the contents of the fertilizers deposits. The committee determines the value of the assets and considers dena to the Cooperative Agricultural Bank.

Article 3

All staff members who have been reassigned to the Enterprise to the Cooperative Agricultural Bank and the remaining appropriations for their remuneration in the 2012 Foundation budget shall be returned to the Cooperative Agricultural Bank account.

Article 4

This Act shall be published in the Official Journal and shall be considered effective as of the date of its promulgation.
