Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on 20/1 1434 A.H., 4/12/12, 2012. The following are issued:

Article 1

a. The long-term assets provided for in paragraph (a) of Article 7 / Legislative Decree No. 15 /2008 /2008 , from the General Organization for Printing to the Unity Foundation for Press, Printing, Dissemination and Distribution.

b. A committee formed by a decision of the Minister of Information, including representatives of the Ministry of Information, the Ministry of Finance, the Central Financial Supervisory Service and the Unity Foundation for Press, Printing, Publication, Distribution and Public Enterprise, is tasked with determining the value of long-term assets transferred from the unit of the unit. To press, print, publish and distribute to the General Printing Foundation through a record that the Minister of Information believes to return these assets to the Unity Foundation for Press, Printing, Dissemination and Distribution.

Article 2

To be returned to the Unity Foundation for Press, Printing, Publication and Distribution from the Public Foundation for Printing:

a. Permanent staff (their work heads) transferred from the Unity Foundation for Press, Printing, Dissemination and Distribution and retain all their rights and functional status.

b. Temporary and seasonal workers and contractors working for the Unity Foundation for Press, Printing, Dissemination and Distribution in the same conditions and remuneration, and whose functional status has been reconciled, in the same conditions and remuneration.

c. A committee is formed by a decision of the Minister of Information, whose membership includes representatives of the Ministry of Information and the Unity Foundation for Press, Printing, Publication, Distribution and Public Enterprise, whose mission is to submit a record containing its proposal regarding the workers mentioned in this article as a prelude to settling their situation on the basis of provisions. This law.

Article 3

All provisions concerning the Ministry of Information and the Unity Foundation for Press, Printing, Dissemination and Distribution, contained in Legislative Decree No. 15 //2008, are repealed.

Article 4

This law is published in the Official Journal.
