Extension of the deadline set out in the first paragraph of article 224 of the Companies Act

President

Based on the provisions of the Constitution, and as approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held at the date of 18-8-1434 A.H., 26-6-2013.

The following are issued:

Article 1

Extend the deadline set forth in the first paragraph of article 24/of the Companies Act Legislative Decree No. 29 of 2011 For one year.

Article 2

Under the minister's proposal, a decision may be made by the minister to extend the deadline stipulated in Article 1 for a new year if compelling circumstances have prevented the companies from being able to adjust their conditions.

Article 3

This law is published in the Official Journal.
