Law No. 15 of 2013
The Real Estate and Arches Tax

President

Based on the provisions of the Constitution, and as approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held at the date of 19-8-1434 A.H., 27-6-2013. The following are issued:

Article 1

The real estate and property tax holders are subject to an addition of 10 % to the tax window, starting with the costs of 2014 and beyond.

Article 2

The Minister of Finance shall issue the executive instructions for this law.

Article 3

This law is published in the Official Journal.
