Amendment to Act 31 of 2011 on administrative contracts


President

On the basis of the provisions of the Constitution and the decisions adopted by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on 22 /8/1434 A.H., 30 /6/2013, my birth.

The following are issued:

Article 1

amends Law No. 31 of 29-12-2011 To become as follows:

1. The competent minister has the authority to ratify the following contracts:

a. Contracts related to investment spending, which do not exceed 200 million Syrian pounds, 200 million Syrian pounds.

b. Contracts related to the current expenditure of not exceeding 100 million Syrian pounds, 100 million Syrian pounds.

2. The provisions contained in the laws and regulations in the window containing the authority to ratify contracts are left to the lowest window, provided that the value of the contract, which is in all cases, does not exceed 25 million Syrian pounds, 25 million Syrian pounds, whether the appropriation is an observatory for operations. Ongoing or investment operations.

Article 2

This law is published in the Official Journal.
