Law 26 of 2013
Amendment of Legislative Decree 18 of 2003 containing the Military Service Act

President

Based on the provisions of the Constitution, and as approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on 15/15/1435 A.H. 19/ 12, 2013.

The following are issued:

Article 1

Add the end paragraph 9/from Legislative Decree No. 18/21/04/2003 Enclosing the Military and Amended Service Act Legislative Decree No. 1/07/01/2013 As follows:

c. By order of the Commander-in-Chief in exceptional cases, he may accept to volunteer for certain military units under a two-year volunteer contract, which is renewable upon the desire of the volunteer.

Article 2

This Act is published in the Official Journal and is considered effective from the date of its promulgation.
