The following are issued:
Article 1 Amend the law of scientific missions Legislative Decree No. 70 . Date 22-9-1971 As indicated in the following articles:
Article 2 Add to end of article 17 Next text:
The offence is punishable by imprisonment from one to three years and a fine of a thousand to 3,000 Syrian pounds, in addition to withdrawing his passport and preventing him from obtaining a passport for at least five years and not exceeding 10 years.
Article 3 Add to end of article 73 Next text:
The punishment and the measure provided for in the article are applicable to the offender. 17 . This is the law.
Article 4 Add after Article 79 Article by number 79 Duplicate) with the following text:
