Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held in 101-1414 A.H. 29-6-1993,

The following are issued:

Article 1. Amend in part Item 10 of the attached table Act No. 1 of 8-1-1981 Its amendments are as follows:

(((c) The financial nature of contributing company shares is determined to be 1 % per cent based on nominal value.)

Article 2. Add to the end of paragraph (b) of item 31 of the Schedule to the Fiscal Code No. 1 of 1981 Its amendments are as follows:

1. (((the contracts for the establishment of companies of solidarity, simple recommendation and other persons, for which a relative fee of 1.5 per cent of the value of the contract) is satisfied.)

2. (((((A relative fee of the licence document for companies limited liability is limited to the rate of 1.5 per cent of the capital specified in the licence decision, and this fee shall be replaced by the contract of incorporation)).

Article 3-The fee for the fixed character set forth in section 9 of the Schedule to the Act shall be determined by the amount of 5000 L.C.

Article 4. Paragraph (d) From item 40 of the Schedule to the Act in accordance with the following:

((() To determine the fee for a licence document for individual institutions and enterprises irrespective of their licensee or of the registration document in the commercial register or other documents similar to the practice of occupations or trades, in accordance with:

1. Individual institutions and enterprises licensed under the Investment Act No. 10 of 1991, 50,000 L.A. S.

2. Individual enterprises and enterprises with commercial or tourist activity 20000 L.A. S.

3. Other individual institutions and activities regardless of 10,000 L activity. S.

b. The fixed character fee shall be determined for the companies of the trial in the absence of an establishment contract for the sum of 20.000 L.C.

c. The fee for the fixed character set forth in paragraphs (d and e) of item 40 of the Schedule to the Act shall be determined as follows:

Industrial license for industrial craft facilities 50.000 L.S.

Industrial registration of industrial craft facilities 10.000 L.S.

Industrial license for industrial facilities 15.000 L.S.

Industrial registration of industrial facilities 10.000 L.S.

Article 5. A. Taking into account articles 3 and 4 of this Law, the broken stamp duty stipulated in the laws in force, which are met with a stamp, shall double the stamp duties, including the broken stamp fees provided for in the Financial Code fee. It is set out in Legislative Decree No. 225 of 21-9-1969 and its amendments.

b. Lear fractures are forced to the higher lira, in the application of paragraph (a) Previous.

c Excludes from the provisions of this article Consular fees provided for in Decree No. 462 of 31-12-1990.

Article 6. The relative fee specified in this Law includes both the contribution to the war effort and the character of the martyr.

Article 7. - The statutory deadline for payment of the fee specified in articles 2, 3 and 4 of this Law shall be fixed 30 days from the day after the date of the date of issuance of the document.

b. In case of non-imputum, incomplete nature, non-neutralization or non-payment of stamp fees payable under receipt, section 3, paragraph 1, of Article 21, paragraph 1, of the Act No. 1, applies the date of 8-1-1981 and its amendments.

Article 8-The Minister of Finance shall issue the executive instructions for the provisions of this Act.

Article 9. This Law shall be published in the Official Journal and shall be considered effective fifteen days after the date of publication in the Official Journal.
