Amendment of Act 17 of 1980 to Compensor the Nature of Work for Workers in State Hospitals

Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on the date of 28-3-1423 A.H., 8-6-2002,

The following are issued:

Article 1

Add to the end of article 3 / Law No. 17 /Date - 2-4-1980 Next text:

An exception to the provision gives doctors, technicians, administrators, permanent workers and temporary workers in psychiatric and mental health centres to the State's mental and mental health centres to compensate for the work of a maximum of 100 % of the fixed monthly wage in effect on the date of this Act.

This law is published in the Official Journal.
