Amendment to article 146 of the Personal Law

President

On the basis of what was adopted by the People's Assembly at its meeting on the date of 3/3/8/1424 A.H., and 19/10/2003, it was adopted.

The following are issued:

Article 1/:

Article 19 of Act No. 34 /3/31/12/1975 amends and becomes the following: The duration of the custody shall be completed by the completion of the 13th Ghulam and the 15-year-old girl.

Article 2/:

This Act is published in the Official Journal and is considered effective from the date of its promulgation.
