Based on the Constitution
As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on the date of 8.10-1424 A.H. 2-12-2003,
The following are issued:
Article 1
State workers benefit from retirement prior to the promulgation of Legislative Decree No. 8 /8 of 1995 and prior to the entry into force of the provisions of Act No. 5 /5 of 2001 concerning the abolition of the digital pension ceilings wherever they exist and those who have been referred to pension before 1-9-2000 and have exhausted the maximum duration For service and age, provisions of Legislative Decree No. 8 /8 of 1995.
Article 2
The maintenance act resulting from the implementation of the provisions of this Law shall be made from the savings of the estimated budgetary allocations for insurance institutions and funds or from the savings of other sections and branches of the State budget for 2003, as the case may be.
Article 3
This Act shall be published in the Official Journal and shall be considered effective from the beginning of the month following the date of its promulgation.
