Ratification of the amendment of the statute of the Syrian Iraqi Company for Maritime Navigation, certified under Legislative Decree 4 of 2002 between Syria and Iraq

Based on the Constitution
As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held in the date of 19-10-1426 A.H., 21-11-2005,
The following are issued:
Article 1
The amendment containing the deletion of item 3 /3 of article IX of the Sixth chapter of the contract of establishment of the IraqSyrian Land Transport Company, ratified by Legislative Decree No. 4/2002, is true.
Article 2
This law is published in the Official Journal.
