Amendment to section 124 of the Traffic and Vehicle Act 31 for a year 2004

President

Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held at the date of 10-05-1435 A.H., 11-03-2014,

exports the following :

Article 1

Amend article 124 of the Traffic law and vehicles Number 31, 2004. Amended by Legislative Decree No. 11 of 2008 To become the following. :

a. Transportation vehicles are registered private in the name of their owner, whether it is a natural or legal person to be carried out without instead of any kind. .

b. In addition, paragraph A of this article benefits from the following. :

  1. International organizations and diplomatic and consular missions in the Syrian Arab Republic .
  2. Popular organizations, trade unions, cooperatives and professional associations for their activities .
  3. Hospitals, institutions, associations, scientific, charitable and religious bodies, schools, aviation institutions, companies, railways and the National Media Council .

c. The fees for these cars are determined by the laws and regulations in force. .

Dr. Other parties may be added to paragraph B of this article by decision of the Minister upon the request of a public or private party .

Article 2

This law is published in the Official Journal. .
