Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on the date of 25-8-1435 A.H., 23-6-2014,

The following are issued:

Article 1

1. postpones work By Law No. 32/Date 31.12.2011 For three years as of 1-1-2015.
2. Taking into account the provisions of paragraph (a) of Article /12/ Law No. 6 /2001 /2001 The allowances provided for in paragraph (c) /c of Article 1/of the Act are increased by (1 %) for real estate leased to public bodies, licensed parties, grassroots organizations, unions at various levels, associations, administrative limits, municipalities and public sector institutions. Article 2

Article 3/of Act No. 6/15 -2-2001 is amended as follows: :

Article 3/: Lease contracts registered with administrative units (Damascus governorate, cities) - (Municipal countries) These contracts shall include the identity, address, signature or legal representation of contractors, the duration and allowance of the lease, the descriptions of the paid and the purpose of the lease and all the conditions agreed upon, and shall be met from the lessor when the registration is made (1 %) One per cent of the monthly rental allowance, regardless of the duration and value of the lease, should be no less than 500 /L.S. 500 Syrian pounds for residential real estate and 1/1000 thousand Syrian pounds for commercial real estate and technical and service offices, and the Minister of Local Administration issues executive instructions for this Registration .
