Stop withholding of loan premiums granted by public banks to military deserters from serving as their military flavour

President

Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held in the date of 25-8-1435 A.H., 23-6-2014, my birth. .

exports the following :

Article 1

The withholding of loan premiums granted by public banks to military deserters will be stopped from serving as their military flavour who are still at the top of their work, retirees, or deceased non-deserters. .

Article 2

The public banks must take all legal measures to collect the debts of the fleeing military personnel and, contrary to any legal provision, are entitled to seize the transferred and immovable property of the fleeing military personnel and their fleeing military personnel covered by the first article of this article. The law and the money of their wives and children. .

Article 3

In the absence of movable and immovable funds for military fugitives and their fleeing military personnel, the debts mentioned in article II of this Law are recorded as being paid for and collected immediately upon verification of any money for them or their wives or children. .

Article 4
