Amendment to Act 7 of 2005 to regulate the scientific offices of medical publicity

Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly at its ongoing session, 18 -2.1436 A.H. 10-12-2014.

exports the following :

Article 1

Amend article 8 / Law No. 7/2005 The scientific office system for medical publicity is based on the following form:

-Imprisonment for three months to two years, and a fine from 100,000 Syrian pounds to 300,000 Syrian pounds, all those who carry out medical propaganda without permission to open a scientific office, and the office closes with a decision by the minister until his situation is settled, executed immediately by the public prosecution. His assets are confiscated by judicial judgement.

This law is published in the Official Journal. .
