Amendment to the Resolution of the Act of 197 of 1958 regulating the Ministry of Culture

President

Based on the provisions of the Constitution, and as approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on the date of 17.2-1435 A.H., 9.12-2014.

exports the following :

Article 1

The word "culture" replaces the phrase (culture and national extension) wherever it is contained in the decision of Law No. 1-197, 231-11-1958, on the organization of the Ministry of Culture and its amendments.

Article 2

The term "Syrian Arab Republic" (Syrian Arab Republic) replaces the term "Syrian territory" wherever it is referred to in resolution No. 1-97, 231-11-1958, on the organization of the Ministry of Culture and its amendments.

Article 3

Paragraph/b/of article 2 of the resolution is amended by Act No. 197/Date 23-11-1598 to read as follows:

??? b. Work to develop the national consciousness of the people, which contributes to raising the intellectual level, strengthens morale, promotes national belonging and sense of responsibility, and stimulates cooperation, sacrifice and redoubled efforts in the service of the nation and humanity."

This law is published in the Official Journal. .
