New status of post school and telecommunications

President
Based on the Constitution

As approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on 13/5/1436 A.H., 2/3/2015,

The following are issued:

Article 1

The Legislative Decree No. 5 of 1962, containing the establishment of a postal and telecommunications school in connection with the branch of the School of Telecommunications, is terminated.

Article 2

The teachers of the two schools are transferred to the Ministry of Education.

Article 3

The Syrian company maintains the updated communications. Communications Act No. 18 of 2010 With the ownership of the buildings currently occupied by the two schools, the amended designation for "Professional Secondary Communications" is hereby Legislative Decree No. /41/of 2003

Article 4

On the proposal of the Minister of Communications, the Minister of Education and the Minister of Education, a decision was issued by the Prime Minister and Minister of Education to redistribute the employees of the telecommunications school in Damascus and Aleppo to the owners of the Ministry of Education and the Syrian Telecommunications Company.

Article 5

The laws and regulations in force shall be repealed in all contravention of this Act.

Article 6

This Law is published in the Official Journal and operates with effect from the date of 1-9-2017.
