On the basis of the provisions of the Constitution, and as approved by the People's Assembly at its meeting held on 12/10/1436 A.H., 28/7/2015/15, the following are issued:
Article 1
In each of the governorates of the Syrian Arab Republic, there are criminal penal courts, an appeal, a start over the consideration of financial and economic issues in accordance with the provisions of the laws in force and the rules of jurisdiction contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, which fill its functions from the numerical owners of each Governorate and distribution according to the following table:

Article 2
The provisions of the updated courts in accordance with the provisions of this Act shall be subject to appeal in accordance with the rules established in the Code of Criminal Procedure and the provisions of the Criminal Court to appeal to a chamber or more of the Court of Cassation dealing with financial or economic issues.
Article 3
Existing litigation shall be referred to the competent competent court, which shall be updated under this Act and shall enter into its domestic jurisdiction.
Article 4
This law is published in the Official Journal.
